Dear Valued Customer,

Rockingham continues to take additional steps to prioritize the health and wellness of both our customers and employees during this current situation. We are taking the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak very seriously, and have implemented proactive steps to maintain the healthiest environment as possible in our dealerships by:

  • Accommodating customers for off site pick-up & drop off for service appointments, as well a no contact service experience

  • Now offering online purchasing with Express Purchase for all new and pre-owned vehicles with home delivery or curbside pickup

  • Increasing the frequency of cleaning throughout the dealerships

  • Disinfecting all high touch areas (counter tops, door handles, bathrooms, chairs, etc.) multiple times per day

  • Maintaining sufficient levels of soap in all washrooms and hand sanitizer in our showrooms and service areas

  • Requiring our employees and customers to wear a face mask while in the building

  • Practicing social distancing (6 foot rule) by spreading out work tables, limiting offices to only 1 person at one time, and additional space for customers in waiting areas.

  • Disinfecting high touch areas in your vehicle before and after we service or move your vehicle

  • Limiting staff hours to reduce the number of people in the dealership

  • Encouraging any employee feeling ill to stay at home and contact their healthcare provider

While we currently plan to remain open and continue to operate with the same level of customer care, we have modified our hours.

      Sales: Monday to Saturday: 9:00am-6:00pm & Sunday 11:00am -4:00pm 
      Service: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 6:00pm, Saturday 7:30am -5:00am, Sunday closed
