Toyota Entune and the 4Runner

The Toyota 4Runner was named the "Most Dependable Midsize Crossover/SUV" for 2011 by J.D. Power and Associates. And now, Toyota is getting ready to impress drivers and critics alike with the 2012 Toyota 4Runner. The Toyota SUV has constantly offered drivers a safe, dependable, and exhilarating driving experience for five generations, and now the SUV is becoming even more tech savvy.

More specifically, Rockingham Toyota is talking about Toyota's new infotainment service, Toyota Entune. Toyota Entune now comes as a standard feature on the Limited Grade 4Runner trim. But, for those of you not interested in the Limited Edition, the infotainment service is available as an option in all trim levels.

What exactly is Toyota Entune? To put it in the most simple way, Toyota Entune is a service that gives you access to some of the most popular apps safely while you drive. It should go without saying that the service is completely safe for drivers. The infotainment service allows drivers to use apps like Bing, iHeartRadio,, OpenTable, Pandora and other data streaming services like fuel prices, sports scores, stock reports, traffic information, and weather reports all without taking their eyes off the road.

While Toyota Entune is quite tempting, it is not the only technology feature the 4Runner offers. Returning tech features of the Toyota 4Runner include SiriusXM Satellite Radio; HD Radio, featuring iTunes tagging and text/e-mail-to-speech; a USB port for easy iPod connectivity; and Bluetooth wireless technology.
