This service center has been amazing. I have been to them 3 times so far, and every single time has been nothing short but amazing. They always give me a time my car will be done, and it always is done on time (give or take a couple of minutes) or even sooner. I have dealt with Tim before, and he has been great. Today I was greet by Deb who was also been amazing. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, relatable, and overall went above and beyond.
From the moment I first stepped on the dealership's lot my experience was all positive. Brian, a sales representative, helped me find just the right car. He was courteous, and respectful while gathering just information from me so he could recommend just the perfect kind of car for me. He knew the dealership's inventory, even those vehicles that were recently acquired and not yet offered for sale. We went for several test drives and he was patient and very considerate. Brian knew all about the cars, their pluses and minuses, and it made finding my new car a delightful experience. All the other employees at the dealership were friendly and hospitable. They got water for me and my dog. Jon, the financial advisor, was able to get me the best possible financing and made me feel comfortable with an extended warranty plan. To cap off the experience, Adam came over to make sure I had an excellent experience. I highly recommend Rockingham Toyota, without reservation.

Mom is getting up there in in her golden years and wanted a newer used car. Toyota's reputation speaks for itself so I checked her local Toyota dealer which was Salem NH. Rockingham Toyota to be exact. I called and was fortunate enough to reach "Jen". Very friendly and knowledgeable saleswoman. Explained what i needed and what we were trading in. By my choice I was given an appointment 2 days later. Mom wanted me speaking on her behalf as you know what type of shenanigans goes on in negotiating. Arrived 2 days later to the "certified" 2016 Toyota RAV4. It was waiting with dealer plates on ready to take a test drive. Jen came with us and answered every question I had thrown at her. Vehicle only has 24,000 and ran and drove like a dream. Due to it being "certified" some things were replaced to get it to that status (front rotors and brake pads, air filter, synthetic oil, windshield front and rear wipers and an inside the cabin air filter). Tires like brand new. Drove and now came the hard part. Negotiating. Mom was trading in her 2014 Honda CRV. While were were gone test driving, they already had looked at her trade in and made an offer. The fight begins! Now I had already used Kelly Blue Book values as my base point as this particular dealer uses as a reference when selling cars and trading in. The price being offered for the used Toyota was right in the middle to low end of the KBB value so I actually couldn't of asked for more to come off as it was a completely fair offer. I could have but was getting so good of a deal I know more would not have come off as it would of been below the KBB resale value. Now i get to see the offers on paper. As it turns out that day unknown to us the price had dropped $700 more. I got $700 more off without even having to ask. Now at rock bottom of KBB!. Now the catch. The trade in. Whats the first offer? Boom! High end of KBB trade in! Also included in sale for being certified by Toyota was 1 yr 12,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty and a 7 year 100,000 powertrain warranty!. Who could of asked for more. I asked where the hidden cameras were because deals like this don't happen without many trips back to "see the manager" and run the deal by him. So I took a complete shot in the dark with this dealer. Never had to negotiate or argue. Saleswoman was the best! Many many awards on her desk. Dealer very clean and everyone's very friendly. It was explained to me the owner is actually very much "for" the customer. It was clearly the case here and for each sale I'm told. It is what brings back repeat customers. They have a customer for life with myself and my mom now. If you live in this area by all means try them out. If she is available..even ask for Jen Lilly. You wont be disappointed! Went here to buy my second car from Bob! Very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He thoroughly went over all of the options available and the benefits that go along with them. Previous car was a 2017 Corolla iM which was great, but my leg couldn't do the clutch anymore due to arthritis. Bob was able to get me into another hatchback Corolla which has done wonders for my daily commute to work and my leg pain. Big fan of Toyota and will be continuing my business at Rockingham because of Bob!
